A case will be opened and Zzabs will determine whether a return can be processed or not. PLEASE READ BELOW FOR QUALIFYING REASONs FOR RETURN

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. We ask that all transactions be done within the Zzabs app, any transactions done outside the app will not be covered under our payment protection. For all purchases done on Zzabs, we will give you a full refund if your item never ships or does not match the listing description. Otherwise, all sales are final.

 

The buyer has 3 days to accept or ask for a return. Once they ask for a return, they have 10 days to return the item

 

 

RETURNS

 

Qualifying reasons for return

 

·       Undisclosed damage.

·       Item not as described.

·       Incorrect or missing item.

·       Item is not authentic.

 

Returns or refunds will not be approved you have one of the following reasons

 

·       Item doesn’t fit

·       If it arrives late,

·       You just don’t want it anymore

 

If the item is returned because it’s faulty, not as described, or damaged in the post, the seller has to pay return postage costs.

 

If the buyer wants to return the item for any other reason. Then return should be made within 10 days and the buyer pays for shipping, which will be deducted from refund.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

 

Your item must be in the original packaging.

 

We recommend that sellers be as detailed as possible in their listings. Take multiple photos and specify all important details in the description, as doing so will avoid excessive returns.

 

When a return request is submitted

 

 

Refunds

 

If the return request is approved, if your return is approved, Zzabs will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) and send the buyer a prepaid shipping label to return the order back to the seller. Once the order is delivered back to the seller, we will issue a full refund, including any shipping and tax paid, back to the buyer’s original form of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
